Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time of confirmation.

All wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed by the system. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of any wager before submission. Sports betting markets, including those covering Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, UFC, and other international competitions, are governed by the specific market rules applicable to each sport and competition. In the event of any discrepancy between displayed odds and the correct odds (due to technical error), lvwin reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Account.
All casino games available on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems operated from licensed studios. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each individual promotion. By way of example, a wagering requirement of 10x applied to a MYR 200 bonus requires total bets of MYR 2,000 to be placed using those Bonus Funds before withdrawal becomes available.
Different game categories contribute different percentages toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. lvwin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of any Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following successful identity verification.
